Indian
movies
are

One
such
example
is
Kabhi
Alvida
Naa
Kehna.
After
having

breaking
collections
all

the
world,
KANK
has
another
feather
on
its
cap.
The script of KANK has been acquired by Oscars Library. It is one of the few films churned out of Indian cinema to be acquired by the Oscars Library. Ironically, this is Karan's second movie after Kal Ho Na Hoto be acquired by the Oscars Library. Karan Johar who is currently in New York was extremely elated and overjoyed and considers this as a great acknowledgement of his work. Karan Johar has received mixed feedback towards his movie but feels that the script of KANK being acquired by Oscars Library is a victory for him as people are relating to the characters of the film.
A few movies which have made it to the Oscars Library in the recent past include Phir Hera Pheri, Ek Ajnabee and Parineeta.
