<i>Traffic Signal</i> to feature song on Mumbai

Having songs based on the magical city of Mumbai has always been like a tradition in Bollywood films. The latest film to have a track about Mumbai is Traffic Signal. Madhur Bhandarkar's Traffic Signal which is based on the life of people living around a traffic signal in Mumbai has real life characters like beggars and eunuchs in it. Since, the setting is on the streets of Mumbai, the film has a song called 'Hat Bhai' which speaks about the city.

The lyrics of the song are written by Sameer and music is given by Shamir Tandon. Talking about the song Shamir says that he wanted to celebrate the spirit of Mumbai city and give it an old Bombay feel. He therefore has tried to give the song a musical feel of the 60's.
