<i>Shiva</i> 2006 releasing today

Ram Gopal Verma's latest flick Shiva 2006 is releasing today in Hindi and in Telugu simultaneously . Mohit who is playing the lead role met the press. "We are happy to announce that Shiva 2006 will be released in its Tamil version as Udayam", Tamil Producer Kalaipuli said. Mohit said that he was full of excitement when Ram Gopal Verma offered this film. He said "I saw that Shiv ( Shiva in Hindi Version) when I was a kid. I feel honored to be associated with this film as I saw the original Shiva in hindi a dozen times. It is a mind boggling film. I thank Ram Gopal Verma for allowing me to be a part of this movie. Unlike in the original Shiva, I am a honest police officer. It is an entirely new film but carries the same emotions as in the orignal Shiva" added Mohit. Shiva 2006 has Nisha Kothari as the heroine. The great maestro Ilayaraja has scored music for this film.
