Tinnu Verma and brother assaulted by step brothers

It looked like a scene straight out of a Bollywood film. Unfortunately it was real life action for action director Tinnu Verma (who has also directed two films Maa Tujhe Salaam and Baaz). Tinu Verma and his brother Mahendra Verma, were attacked by their step brothers. Ironically enough, two of the step brothers Bhikhu and Pappu Verma also happen to be action directors. The third, Narendra Verma is an NCP youth leader.

Tinnu and his brother were admitted to the hospital. A FIR was lodged against the step brothers, for the attack, at the Oshiwara police station. In his defense, Narendra Verma said that it was just a small family issue and the entire incident was just being exaggerated. In fact, he blamed Tinnu for the entire ruckus.

Sources claim that a property called 'Verma Horse Stud Farm' is the bone of contention between the brothers. It seems that Narendra, Bhikhu and Pappu wanted the ownership of the property by hook or by crook. They denied this and said that there was no issue over the particular property and the entire incident was just a minor family dispute.
