After
having
acquired
a
lean
body
with
the
help
of
Shah
Rukh
Khan's
personal
trainer
Prashant
Sawant,
actress
Amisha
Patel
has
now
got
a
new
trainer.
Says
the
actress,
"It's
not
so
much
about
weight
loss
but
to
get
a
sculpted
body.
I've
been
training
with
Khushroo
Cooper
for
four
months
now."
The
reason
for
the
change
is
more
flexibility
with
time.
Says
Amisha,
"Prashant
was
getting
very
busy,
but
now
my
timings
are
more
flexible.
The
gym
where
I
work
out
(Euphoria)
has
some
great
equipment
and
Khushroo
understands
my
body
and
eating
habits.
He
knows
my
erratic
work
timings
and
prescribes
a
diet
accordingly.
Earlier,
I
used
to
hate
weight
training
and
loved
cardio,
but
now
it's
the
opposite.
Khushroo
is
targeting
the
right
areas
and
I'm
fit
rather
than
skinny."
Khushroo,
who
also
trains
physically
challenged
people,
says,
"Amisha's
got
good
genes
and
can
get
away
with
indulging
on
pastries
and
pani
puris
every
now
and
then.
She's
very
dedicated
to
her
workout;
so
much
so
that
I
have
to
stop
her
from
overexerting
herself
sometimes," laughs
Khushroo.
He
adds
that
he
wants
to
make
Amisha
stronger
in
every
way
-
from
her
muscular
system
to
her
endurance.
"She's
a
foodie
and
loves
her
meat
and
fish.
With
the
kind
of
diet
I
have
given
her
she
has
a
Cheat
Day
where
she
can
eat
whatever
she
wants,
including
tiramisu
and
the
occasional
glass
of
champagne."
For
breakfast
she
has
a
bowl
of
muesli,
fruits,
egg
or
porridge.
Lunch
consists
of
roti
or
rice
(in
moderation)
with
plenty
of
salads
and
chicken
or
fish.
Dinner
consists
of
soup
and
a
light
tuna
salad.
She
drinks
3
to
4
litres
of
water
everyday.
