Actor
Deepak
Tijori
is
a
man
of
immense
talent.
He
is
known
to
stick
to
his
conviction,
and
makes
films
he
is
convinced
about
and
this
why
his
flicks
could
not
make
marks
at
the
box
office.
Deepak
Tijori
does
not
want
to
try
the
same
tested
formulas,
and
believes
in
coming
up
with
innovative
films
to
the
cinegoers.
This
is
perhaps
the
reason
why
Deepak
has
not
yet
got
a
hit
at
the
box
office.
One must keep in mind that his failure at the theatre is not due to his lack of knowledge of filmmaking or story telling, rather it is simply because of the bad luck he has been facing from the outset he stepped in the field of movie making. A fine actor in every sense of the word, Tijori has not yet proved his mettle as far as filmmaking is concerned. However, teh chances are that he would do it soon. Bollywood macho man Sanjay Dutt and well known filmmaker Sanjay Gupta have signed him to make a movie under their famous banner 'White Feather Films'.
Deepak Tijori will be directing this comic caper titled Hamari Maange Puri Karo. Both Sanjay Dutt and Sanjay Gupta have showed their utter confidence on Tijori and seem extremely convinced about the success of movie.
On the sets of Shootout at Lokhandwala while Apoorva Lakhia was directing Sanjay Dutt and Neha Dhupia, on location in Khar, I suddenly walked in to Deepak Tijori who was there to receive his official signing amount from his friend Sanjay Dutt. Tijori later was welcomed into the family of White Feather Films by Sanjay Gupta.
On joining White Feather Films' camp, Deepak says, "Receiving the Cheque from Sanju was so bizarre, since it just flashed in front of my eyes, our moments that we shared first in Sadak and now it was so special to be a director of a film for his company"
"Especially Gupta...he's our Subhash Ghai. And look at the initials, they match as well. Both are coolest producers I hear, as they facilitate the Director with works", Tijori continues in the same breath.
Sanjay Gupta chops up his views on signing Tijori, "We are proud to bring Deepak on board and his selling line was a seller. Enough of making dark films, it's high time you made money, so let's go for it. And I was sold, so I am looking forward to open this Tijori and be a very rich man".
Will the success of White Feather Films continue with Deepak Tijori....? Yes, hopes are high...!
