Why
are
Bhatts
going
so
slow
on
the
promotion
of
Dhokha?
That's
a
question
looming
large
in
the
mind
of
those
who
have
traditionally
been
witness
to
an
extensive
promotional
campaign
by
VISHESH
FILMS.
Surprisingly
that
isn't
quite
the
case
with
Dhokha,
which
is
the
third
directorial
venture
for
Pooja
Bhatt
after
Paap
and
Holiday.
Even
though
there
are
just
around
2
weeks
to
go
for
the
film's
promotion,
there
is
hardly
any
awareness
being
created
about
the
movie.
To
add
to
the
woes,
there
is
zilch
hype
around
this
film
which
deals
with
the
sensitive
topic
of
a
suicide
bomber.
Though
the
lead
pair
of
Muzammil
Ibrahim
and
Tulip
Joshi
is
relatively
new,
the
supporting
cast
is
nothing
short
of
a
powerhouse
with
Anupam
Kher,
Gulshan
Grover
and
Ashutosh
Rana
teaming
up.
In
fact
the
music
of
Dhokha
is
still
awaited
at
the
stands
even
though
the
promos
have
been
on
air
for
last
three
weeks.
One
wonders
why
is
Dhokha
getting
such
a
treatment
by
the
makers
when
on
the
face
value
it
does
seem
like
a
good
story
waiting
to
be
told?
Or
is
it
that
the
film
is
looking
at
getting
postponed
from
it's
original
planned
date
of
17th
August
since
it
comes
a
week
after
Chak
De
India
(10th
Aug)
and
a
week
before
Heyy
Babyy
(24th
Aug)?
One
hopes
that
whatever
be
the
case,
the
coming
days
place
Dhokha
in
a
much
better
position
and
see
the
kind
of
release
it
deserves.
