Aamir and younger bro Faisal in court

It was a typical Bollywood showdown in the Bandra Metropolitan Court when Aamir Khan younger brother Faisal Khan accused Aamir of forcing him to undergo psychiatric treatment. Faisal insisted that he was stable mentally and requires no psychiatric treatment but it was Aamir who was forcing him into solitary confinement for months.

However Faisal's mother Zeenath Khan said that her son was mentally unstable and needed medical treatment. She had recently filed a missing persons complain at the Bandra Police Station when he went missing from their residence. His father Tahir Hussain however contradicted saying the condition of his son was stable and even signed a document vouching his stable condition. The court on its part has ordered Faisal Khan to undergo a medical tests at the JJ Hospital.

Sources close to the family say that Faisal suffered complex from his elder brothers tremendous career. Faisal's acting career never took off although he had a good debut in Madhosh. The brothers came together on screen in Mela. Life on the personal front has been bad too and his marriage. All this have summed up to this condition. Faisal will make a appearance in the court on October 20 after receiving treatment in the JJ Hospital
