Fardeen - Kunal to play <i>Jai - Veeru</i>

After a gap of two years Punnet Sira (director of I-Proud To Be an Indian) is back with his new film venture called Jai-Veeru. The film however, bears resemblance with Ramesh Sippy's Sholay.

The film is an action comedy about two friends. It stars Fardeen Khan as Jai, Kunal Khemu as Veeru and Dia Mirza. Fardeen and Dia will be working together for the first time through this film. The first schedule of the film has been completed and the second one begins in March before which the director would have found a lead opposite Kunal. But overall, the film has been kept under wraps and the director does not want to reveal much at the moment.
