Chunky Pandey recalls the past

Govinda and Chunky Pandey made a great pair in David Dhawan's Aankhen which was a rage when released more than a decade back.

Reminiscing about the days gone by, Chunky says, "Somehow Govinda is in his best elements when it comes to working with David Dhawan. Look at the phenomenal job he has done in Partner. It is nice to see him back with such a bang in the film. I am extremely happy for him."

He adds, "A comeback like this was always expected. It was good to see Govinda recreate the magic of his earlier days."

How about three of them coming together again and recreating the Aankhen magic? Laughs Chunky, "You know sometime back I did mention to David about this. I asked him if we could come up with an idea of a sequel to Aankhen. To add to the fun, we could also make sure that even with so many years gone by, none of us have grown up and continue to be the pranksters that we were in the original. I am sure that would be fun!"
