"Love really hurts": Randeep Hooda

What a crappy birthday gift, man! Randeep Hooda is angry with his over-commitment to getting a scene right. Shooting for Ketan Mehta's bi-lingual Rang Rasiya or Colours of Passion in Karjat, Randeep landed up with a profusely bleeding mouth and five stitches. And that too on his birthday that is August 19.

Recounting the incident through swollen lips and bruised ego Randeep says, "I had to fall in a heap to the ground. I did so once and I wasn't satisfied. I did it again and I thought I needed to fall harder. So I opened my mouth wide and fell to the ground....and the leg of a table came in the way."

Randeep bled so profusely that there was panic at Nitin Desai Studios in Karjat until medical help arrived. "And now I can't shoot, though I did one closeup with my swollen lips covered with my moustache. And I can barely speak. How come I get injured in all these non-action films? Last year I hurt my hand doing a love story in Bangkok. Now this. Love really hurts me."
