It's now a thing of the past. Sanjay Dutt's resignation from White Feather has been sorted out.
According to sources, Sanjay Dutt and his best buddy Sanjay Gupta patched up within a day after their differences erupted.
When contacted on Friday Gupta laughed it off, "All I can say is, Sanju is shooting with me for Alibaug right now."
As for the emotional Dutt getting upset by non-payment of White Feather staff the company's COO Hansal Mehta says, "Which large production house is able to be so prompt as to pay up their staffers within a month? We've been paying our staffers regularly. If we didn't we wouldn't have been able to complete five pictures in one year. One of them Woodstock Villa has been directed by me. We're perhaps one of the most prolific production houses to have emerged in recent years. The crew to most of our productions is common and they continue working with us."
In the meanwhile a certain Hakim Ali who made some statements about Sanjay Gupta's work ethics vis -a - vis the alleged non-payment of the White Feathers crew is being served a legal notice.
Says Mehta, "Our legal experts are presently initiating a legal action against the unsubstantiated derogatory and defamatory statements."
