If
actors
like
Aamir
Khan,
Shahrukh
Khan,
John
Abraham
and
Tusshar
Kapoor
are
known
to
be
extremely
passionate
about
promoting
their
films,
Shahid
Kapoor
isn't
far
behind.
The
young
star
is
extremely
upbeat
about
his
eagerly
awaited
romantic
comedy,
director
Imtiaz
Ali's
Jab
We
Met,
which
will
be
out
in
cinemas
on
October
26.
So
much
so
that
he's
earmarked
all
of
October
aside
to
participate
in
the
pre-release
publicity
of
the
film.
As
Shahid
was
away
for
two
months
in
Canada
to
shoot
a
forthcoming
film
with
Vidya
Balan
and
could
not
concentrate
on
Jab
We
Met,
he
has
decided
to
devote
his
time
and
energy
this
month
to
promote
the
film
through
a
series
of
conferences,
interviews,
competitions
and
international
events.
Confirms
Imtiaz,
"It
is
true
that
Shahid
is
looking
forward
to
the
film's
release
and
has
kept
a
lot
of
time
aside
for
the
promotion
of
Jab
We
Met.
He
is
an
active
participant
in
the
marketing
meetings
and
has
been
in
touch
with
everyone
associated
with
the
release
of
the
film
to
ensure
that
no
stone
is
left
unturned
in
the
publicity."
Director
Imtiaz
Ali
also
informs
us
that
he
was
keen
to
have
ace
choreographer
Saroj
Khan
for
the
'Yeh
Ishq'
track,
shot
with
180
Himachali
dancers
in
Manali
and
the
Rohtang
Pass.
However,
Sarojji's
dates
were
becoming
difficult
to
secure
and
the
search
for
an
alternative
began.
Coincidentally,
the
crew
discovered
that
Sarojji
was
also
shooting
in
Manali
at
the
time
of
'Yeh
Ishq'
but
for
another
film.
Imtiaz
met
her
immediately
and
requested
her
to
choreograph
'Yeh
Ishq',
to
which
she
finally
agreed.
Kareena,
who
has
been
a
student
of
Saroj
Khan,
was
rather
nervous
about
the
fact
that
the
hard
taskmaster
(who
doesn't
take
kindly
to
actors'
mistakes
while
dancing)
would
be
on
the
sets
for
four
whole
days
to
choreograph
the
song.
But
once
the
shoot
started,
it
proceeded
smoothly,
and
both
Kareena
and
Sarojji
immensely
enjoyed
their
experience
of
working
together
once
again!
The
results
are
evident
in
the
visuals
of
the
'Yeh
Ishq'
track!

of

It
is
a

romantic
song," remarks
Shahid,
who
adds,
