<i>Shakalaka</i> is Big B and SRK story

Suneel Darshan's Shakalaka Boom Boom is the story of the much discussed war between India'a two super stars Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan, report sources close to the film. Apparently this is also why the film had been delayed from February to April as new scenes had to be added to keep up to date with the current war going on between the superstars.

Mr Darshan took the whole unit 2 weeks ago back to South Africa to shoot four new scenes. Even though the film is set in the music world where Bobby Deol plays AJ, an ageing superstar whom the nation loves and worships and then enters Upen Patel as Reggie, the boy from the small town who comes to tinsel town. He is young, energetic and the new superstar on the block, very much like the two kings of Bollywood.

"I have been in the industry for a long time and yes this story is about the industry and how one superstar can't let go of his position and how the other as put his claim on that crown" says Mr Darshan he also adds 'I would not like to comment on the so called war going on with the two superstars or if my film is based on them'. The source also tells us that Celina Jaitley character is inspired by a famous journalist who is close to the Bachchans and is loathed by Shahrukh Khan!!!
