Vidhu gifts Big B a Rolls Royce

Amitabh Bachchan has been gifted a silver Rolls Royce Phantom worth nearly Rs 3.5 crores in appreciation of his work in the movie Eklavya - The Royal Guard. This obviously means that the cost of the vehicle is more than the amount Big B gets per film!

The car was presented at Bachchan's office in the northwest suburbs of Juhu in Mumbai.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra was apparently so impressed by Amitabh's stunning perfomance in Eklavya that he thought an extra special acknowledgement was required in order to recognize his achievement.

Saif Ali Khan, Sanjay Dutt and Vidya Balan form the rest of the cast in the movie Eklavya. The movie is expected to hit the screens soon.

It seems to be a month for 'receiving gifts' for the Bachahan family as Abhishek Bachchan was also gifted a Bentley car worth Rs 1.7 crores on his birthday on February 5th by Mr. Bachchan.
