Aamir not willing to bend the rules

Aamir Khan's directorial debut Taare Zameen Par has been appreciated by all. His list of admirers are not restricted to the audience but Bollywood co-stars such as Kajol, Ajay Devgan and Shahid Kapoor have been left mesmerised with the movie. Shahid even went to the extent of saying that the movie made him cry. Taare Zameen Par has been nominated in as many as 15 categories for the upcoming Screen Awards.

Aamir Khan however wont be attending the awards ceremony. The actor throughout his career has avoided the awards functions which he calls meaningless and is no mood to bend the rules this time. The actor recently even declined an offer from London's Madame Tussauds museum for placing his wax statue in the Bollywood gallery. The actor found it irrelevant and so declined the offer. Surely Aamir is in a separate league of his own.
