Amitabh is God in reel life

Though in the making for close to 3 years, God Tussi Great Ho, which stars Amitabh Bachchan, Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra, is now finally on the verge of release. An Afzal Khan production which features Amitabh Bachchan as God, the film promises to be a light hearted entertainer with a message.

Says a source attached to the film, "The film is special since it has Amitabh Bachchan playing the title role of God. First time director Rumi Jaffery has ensured that audience gets complete 'paisa vasool' entertainment from God Tussi Great Ho"

The source goes on to add, "From his writing experience of over the years, Rumi understands that when people shell out so much money from their pockets to walk into a theater, all they want is to be entertained. They want to have good fun and that's something which Rumi has incorporated in each of the films that he has written in the past."

Some of the notable films penned by Rumi are Hero No. 1, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge, Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and most recently Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya.

All set to arrive on 15th August, the same day when Bachna Ae Haseeno has also been confirmed for release, God Tussi Great Ho has music by Salman Khan's current favourite Sajid-Wajid.
