Anees
Bazmee
is
a
tired
man.
For
the
last
one
year
he
has
been
working
non-stop
on
his
projects.
If
it
was
Welcome
earlier,
it
is
Singh
Is
Kinng
now.
In
fact,
this
is
the
first
ever
instance
of
two
of
his
major
films
arriving
in
a
span
of
one
year
since
normally
his
films
take
quite
some
time
to
be
completed.
However,
as
Bazmee
has
earlier
confessed,
it
is
due
to
sheer
superb
planning
by
Vipul
Shah
which
enabled
Singh
Is
Kinng
to
reach
the
finishing
line
in
less
than
a
year's
time.
Still,
working
non-stop
on
Singh
Is
Kinng
seems
to
be
taking
a
toll
on
Bazmee.
While
it
has
been
less
than
10
days
since
the
final
copy
of
the
Akshay
Kumar
-
Katrina
Kaif
starrer
was
dispatched,
he
has
already
run
straight
into
his
next
film
which
is
tentatively
titled
It's
My
Life.
"Yes,
it
has
been
a
stressful
time
off
late.
I
was
thinking
of
taking
some
rest
after
meeting
the
deadline
of
08/08/08
(the
day
when
Singh
Is
Kinng
releases).
However,
it
seems
that
it
would
be
some
time
before
I
am
able
to
remove
my
shoes
for
a
good
period
of
time",
laughs
Bazmee
whose
latest
film
has
taken
a
very
good
advance
booking
ever
since
the
counters
opened
at
number
of
centres
over
the
weekend
gone
by.
"I
am
hearing
good
reports
as
well,
though
I
am
not
sure
for
how
long
would
I
actually
be
able
to
enjoy
the
film's
release",
says
Bazmee,
"That's
because
soon
after
the
opening
weekend,
I
head
straight
for
shooting
my
next
film
with
Nana
Patekar,
Harman
Baweja
and
Genelia
D'Souza.
Earlier
we
had
thought
of
beginning
work
on
film
a
few
weeks
after
the
release
of
Singh
Is
Kinng.
However,
now
the
dates
have
been
juggled
around
in
such
a
manner
that
we
would
have
to
get
shooting
in
the
week
of
11th
August
itself."
But
why
the
hurry?
"Well,
we
had
to
go
as
per
Nana's
dates.
There
were
some
hassles
there
and
we
were
left
with
no
other
choice
but
to
begin
work
earlier.
Even
in
the
last
few
days,
I
have
been
busy
getting
the
supporting
actors
in
place
for
the
film."
Further
opening
up,
Bazmee
says,
"From
shooting
Singh
Is
Kinng
to
getting
actors
dub
for
it
to
promoting
the
film
to
working
simultaneously
on
It's
My
Life
-
it
has
been
quite
some
hectic
time.
Though
I
am
overall
happy
with
the
pace
of
life
due
to
good
work
happening,
I
still
feel
that
I
deserve
to
take
a
short
break
at
the
least.
I
was
looking
forward
to
making
a
trip
to
Delhi
and
other
nearby
places
with
my
family
after
Singh
Is
Kinng.
Now
let's
see
when
this
idea
eventually
materializes."
