Salman
Khan's
films
somehow
always
end
up
getting
delayed.
Sajid
Nadiadwala's
Jaan-E-Mann,
Afzal
Khan's
God
Tussi
Great
Ho,
Subhash
Ghai's
Yuvvraj
and
now
it's
Boney
Kapoor's
Wanted
Dead
And
Alive.
The
film
has
been
delayed
a
lot
thanks
to
Salman
Khan
playing
truant.
The
actor
is
presently
in
shooting
in
London,
and
is
expected
to
be
overseas
till
November.
Meanwhile,
Ayesha
Takia
is
getting
married
to
Farhan
Azmi
in
December,
and
has
told
the
filmmaker
that
she
won't
shoot
after
marriage.
The
dates
that
she
had
reserved
for
Boney
have
been
given
away
to
Nagesh
Kukunoor
for
Tasveer.
The
Salman-Ayesha
starrer
won't
release
this
year,
as
originally
planned
by
Boney.
Says
Ayesha,
"I
don't
want
to
discuss
my
marriage,
but
I
want
to
make
it
clear
that
there
is
no
problem
with
my
dates.
If
the
film
has
got
stuck
it's
not
because
of
me.
We
have
to
finish
a
couple
of
songs
and
I
have
given
my
confirmed
dates
in
November
for
that.
Currently,
I
am
dubbing
for
Wanted.
Then
I'm
going
to
Cape
Town
to
shoot
for
Nagesh's
film,
after
which
I
will
be
travelling
to
Greece
in
November
for
Wanted.
As
far
as
I
am
concerned,
I
have
completed
my
scenes."
Boney
Kapoor
says
defensively,
"Wanted
is
not
stuck.
In
fact,
we
have
almost
completed
the
post-production.
Only
two
songs
are
left
one
with
Salman
and
Ayesha
and
the
other
is
a
half-song
of
Salman
with
some
crowd
shots
in
Mumbai.
We
will
shoot
Salman's
half-song
in
October
and
are
coordinating
Ayesha's
dates
with
Salman
for
their
song
which
will
be
shot
in
November.
Wanted
is
an
action
drama
and
we
have
completed
the
action
and
talkie
portions
in
165
days."
Boney
says
he
hopes
to
get
the
first
copy
of
Wanted
by
December.
"I
don't
think
I
will
release
the
film
in
December
as
there
are
big
releases
that
month
(Shahrukh
Khan's
Rab
De
Bana
Di
Jodi
and
Aamir
Khan's
Ghajini).
I
need
to
promote
and
market
Wanted
well.
In
today's
time,
the
marketing
of
a
film
is
bigger
than
the
shooting."
