The Great Khali wrestles all the way to Bollywood

The Great Khali, a one-time world heavyweight WWE Champion, is all set to make his debut in Bollywood. He is going to act in a children's film titled Rama The Saviour to be produced and directed by Abdul Aziz. He will play the role of a villain.

It is said that he has been paid a whopping Rs.1.5 crore for the short role. He will have fight sequences with the lead actor Sahil Khan, who plays the role of Rama in the film. It also feature actress Tanushree Dutta in the lead role.

Born as Dalip Singh Rana, the Great Khali won Mr. India in 1995 and 1996. He served as an officer in the Punjab state police before stepping into professional wrestling career. As a wrestler, he has defeated the likes of the Undertaker and Batista at the highest level.

Besides wrestling, he has acted in the Hollywood film The Longest Yard. It is also said that he is going to act in another Hollywood film titled Get Smart, starring Steve Carell and Bill Murray. Now, it's Bollywood calling for this Punjabi giant!
