Not
only
has
Vishesh
Films'
Emraan
Hashmi-Sonal
Chauhan
starrer
Jannat
taken
a
very
good
start
across
India,
but
it
has
maintained
it
even
during
the
weekdays.
In
fact
the
Kunal
Deshmukh
directed
film
has
also
survived
the
so
called
dreaded
'Black
Monday'
by
way
of
quite
steady
collections,
even
during
the
weekdays.
Even
in
the
Overseas,
Jannat
has
done
the
best
business
ever
for
an
Emraan
Hashmi
starrer.
It
has
surpassed
the
business
of
his
previous
Vishesh
Films'
project
AWARAPAN
in
the
UK.
However,
the
most
pleasant
overseas
surprise
for
Jannat
comes
from
the
Middle
East.
The
film
has
done
very
well
in
Abu
Dhabi
with
400,000
dirhams.
In
Dubai,
Jannat
collected
1,60,000
dirhams
on
the
first
day
(Thursday)
itself,
which
is
a
record
for
an
Emraan
Hashmi
starrer.
No
wonder
then
that
the
Dubai
distributor
placed
an
order
for
an
additional
four
prints,
over
and
above
the
twelve
prints
of
Jannat
he
had
in
the
first
week
for
the
Middle
East.
