Kangana Ranaut
Speak of an intense performance and the name Kangana Ranaut instantly comes to mind. After all films like Gangster, Woh Lamhe and Life In A Metro are a testimony to that. Now Fashion is the next in line. Looking at the array of films she has done over the years, doesn't she fear being slotted in doing intense roles? Moreover, Fashion seems to be just a follow up on that. Doesn't she feel like chilling out for a change?

Replies Kangana in a matter of fact tone, "See, I want to do a role that has some meaning to it. So even if this is a follow up, I don't mind. I know Fashion has in it for me to perform and I didn't have to think much before I consented to be a part of the film."

A year back, there were talks about her character being inspired by real life model Geetanjali Nagpal. How far is that true here? After all, the promos do indicate a similar character sketch though.

"It has nothing to do with real life people", states Kangana on the records.

With Fashion being just a week away, what happens from this point on? Which are her forthcoming projects?

"Work on Roshan is already through and the film would be releasing after Fashion. Then there is Raaz – The Mystery Continues which is confirmed for January 2009. With Hrithik I am doing Kites and apart from these films, I am also doing an international project," announces Kangana.
