court
today
issued
notices
to
Bollywood
actor
Shahrukh
Khan,
his
wife
Gauri
Khan
and
Om
Shanti
Om
director
Farah
Khan,
asking
them
to
remain
present
in
the
court
on
February
22,
next
year,
in
connection
with
an
application
moved
by
veteran
actor
Manoj
Kumar.
Mr
Kumar
contended
in
the
application
that
the
trio
failed
to
comply
with
the
court's
earlier
order,
directing
them
to
delete
certain
objectionable
portions
in
the
film,
which
showed
him
in
poor
light
and
maligned
his
image.
Earlier,
a
local
Andheri
court
had
issued
summons
against
the
trio
directing
them
to
remain
present
in
the
court
today.
Manoj
Kumar
had
filed
a
petition
in
the
session
court,
seeking
stay
of
telecast
of
the
film
on
Sony
Entertainment
Television.
