It is learnt that Amisha sprained her knee while working out. She was spinning excessively and damaged her knees. Currently, the actress is been undergoing physiotherapy. Patel continues to workout but is extremely cautious about her knee. She's not doing cardio and lower body workouts.
Amisha's trainer, Khushru Cooper says, "She is recovering. These are joints of the body which are used at every movement of yours, be it while walking or sitting. Thus it is a slow and careful recovery. Her physiotherapy is on and will be fine soon."
