Farhan sings Konkona's praises

It is the unlikeliest of combinations that one could have ever imagined. A woman who has been hailed for her acting skills from her very first outing. A man who was a director and a producer before he turned an actor (and also a singer) with vengeance. And then the two decided to be a part of one film Luck By Chance. That's Farhan Akhtar and Konkona Sen Sharma, the latest 'jodi' to arrive in the B-town, which is all set to impress the audience with it's first ever on-screen outing together.

An interesting experience Farhan?
''See, Konkona has her own process of working in a film and to have her as a co-actor was a fantastic experience. She is very gifted actor and moreover very easy going on the sets. She has achieved so much in life but doesn't come with a big star attitude. Also, she is very helpful as a co-actor,'' says Farhan fondly.

Highlighting the impact that she makes as an asset to the team, Farhan says, ''The good part about her presence in a film is that she is involved in every moment of a scene, whether it belongs to you or her. She understands the mood of the situation and does a lot of homework for her scenes. When she mouths her dialogues, she is just so natural.''

''There are certain finer nuances that an actor can claim to have only if he/she has studied the craft or made his/her observations very carefully. Konkona belongs to that breed of actors. Since I have had a fair experience as a director over the years, I can confidently say that Konkona is in complete know-how of what goes in the making of the scene. I am glad that I was able to work with her in Luck By Chance,'' signs off Farhan.
