What's cooking between Minissha and Sreesanth?

Actresses and cricketers get drawn to each other like bees to honey. Minissha Lamba and cricketer Sreesanth were spotted spending time together in Macau, where they had gone to attend an IIFA Awards. Says a source, "Sreesanth was invited by Shailendra Singh, who owns Percept Talent Management who handle the cricketer's endorse- ments and deals. It is a division of Percept Picture Company, whose film Jail was showcased at one of the events at the awards.

Sreesanth met Minissha at one of the events. After that, they were inseparable till they returned to Mumbai." Informs the source, Sreesanth is currently single and Minissha too has maintained that she is single, even though she has been linked to actor Suhail Rathod and other co-stars.

In Macau, the actress had no qualms about being seen with Sreesanth. They were seen together in a casino, restaurant, and at a nightclub. They were staying at the same hotel,so they were even seen leaving and returning together. Their bonding became the talk of the town. It will be interesting to see whether this close friendship matures into something deeper when they get back to India or if it fizzles out."

Minissha's spokesperson says, "There is nothing going on between Sreesanth and Minissha. In fact, they met for the first time at a casino at one of the slot machines and were introduced by a common friend. After that Sree, Minissha, her mom, Sreesanth's manager Sonu, and a few friends played at the casino and were hanging around together."

The spokesperson took pains to stress that Minissha was in fact, cosying up to singer Peter Andre at the awards event. "Peter and Minissha even gave away an award and backstage when Peter was uncomfortable in his achkan, she showed him how to wear it properly. There is something definitely brewing between Peter and Minissha but not Sreesanth and if you want pictures of Peter and Minissha together I can give them to you."

Sreesanth's Business manager, Sonu Lakhwani, says, "Sreesanth made a lot of friends in Macau and Minissha was one of them. But there was nothing special happening between them. People might have thought they were going around because they were spotted together at shopping malls and restaurants." Sreesanth has earlier been linked to Garam Masala actress Daisy Bopanna and South actress Laxmi Rai who has also been linked to Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
