Salman
Khan
has
finally
chopped
off
his
long
mane
which
he
had
grown
for
Veer
ironically,
on
the
same
day
when
the
film's
first
promo
was
launched
and
introduced
to
the
media
last
week.
Hairstylist
Aalim
Hakim's
assistant
Imran
styled
Salman's
hair.
Says
a
source
from
Aalim's
salon,
"Salman
had
been
growing
his
hair
for
Veer
over
the
last
two
years.
The
actor
had
even
gelled
his
hair
and
sported
a
ponytail
for
his
TV
show,
10
Ka
Dum.
Though
he
would
trim
his
hair
off
and
on,
it
was
only
last
week
that
Salman
had
Imran
come
over
to
his
Bandra
home
and
give
him
a
very
short
and
spiky
haircut
just
short
of
stubble.
This
is
for
his
next
film
Arbaaz
Khan's
Dabanng."
The
source
adds,
"Salman
has
styled
his
hair
in
very
short
spikes
but
hasn't
coloured
it
as
he
had
it
done
for
Veer.
Salman
was
very
clear
about
what
style
he
wanted
as
he
has
a
distinctive
look
in
Dabanng.
For
Veer,
Salman
had
coloured
his
hair
blonde
with
tawny
highlights
as
he
sports
three
different
looks
in
Veer.
The
styling
and
colouring
had
been
done
by
Aalim."
