SRK-Aamir unite over multiplex issue

The ongoing tussle between producers and multiplex owners has united Bollywood stars Shahrukh Khan and Aamir Khan. The two stars advocated for a 50:50 profit sharing between the producers and the multiplex owners. Film producers and multiplex owners have been at loggerhead for the last one month over profit sharing and it is threating to bring down Bollywood to its knees.

It may not surprise many that Shahrukh and Aamir are coming together and siding with the producers after all both the actors have the interests of their own home productions in mind. Shahrukh had sold the rights of his blockbuster Om Shanti Om for Rs 70 Crores in 2007 while Aamir's Ghajini pocketed a whopping Rs 93 Crores by selling rights.

Aamir Khan Productions will release Delhi Belly by the year end while Shahrukh's Red Chillies Entertainment also has a couple of untitled project coming up. This is after a long time Shahrukh and Aamir are sharing the same platform as in the recent past both have taken digs at each other. Well it seems business can unite the worst of foes!
