Shahrukh's house attacked in Mumbai

By By: Subhadeep Bhattacharjee

Two unidentified men allegedly attacked Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan's bungalow Mannat in the wee hours of Friday morning. The motorcycle-borne miscreants hurled kerosene filled bottles near the gates of Mannat and fled from the scene. The security men at Mannat gave the miscreants a chase but could not get hold of them.

Shahrukh Khan was not at home during the incident none of the occupants of the bungalow including the security men sustained any injuries. The Deputy Commissioner of Police said that they were clueless about the miscreants as the guard could not take down the number of the motorcycle. He added that a formal complaint has been registered and further investigations are on.

Incidentally this happened on a day when his home production Billu is releasing across the country. Although the motive of the miscreants is yet to be known it may be mentioned that Shahrukh Khan had recently voiced his support for Valentine's Day celebration. So the incident happening a day ahead of February 14 may not be a mere con-incidence.
