Shiney's lawyer Srikant Shivade said on Sunday said that his client had never admitted to having consensual sex and he was being framed in the case. In his bail petition Shiney had argued that there are no external injury marks on the victim which is common in all the rape cases and and the story put forward by her is inconsistent.
The case now becomes interesting as DNA tests conducted on Shiney confirmed him on having sex with the girl and the initial medical reports conducted on her confirmed sexual assault. Prosecutor R V Kini said that the police have prepared a strong case against Shiney and with him backtracking on the consensual sex theory it will be easy to nail him.
Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja's case took a new turn when the actor denied having consensual sex with the maid servant. Shiney has been booked for rape after the maid lodged an FIR accusing Shiney of raping her at his residence. Sources in the Mumbai police had initially said that Shiney had admitted having consensual sex with the maid servant.
