Shiney says he had consensual sex

Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja's alleged rape case is taking a new turn everyday. After having confessed to raping his maid servant that actor has now claimed that he had consensual sex with the girl. Sources in the Mumbai Police said that Shiney had admitted it was a mistake for him to have sex with the girl buy he doesn't know why the maid levelled allegations of rape against him.

The Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi actor broke down in the police station and said he had made advances towards the girl on Saturday a day prior to the incident but she made no objection and so he took the cue and thought it to be her sign of approval. The police however said that they have enough evidence to nail Shiney in the case as the medical reports on the girl have confirmed sexual assault.

Meanwhile Shiney's wife Anupam Ahuja is firmly standing behind him. In an interview to a Television news channel she said that her husband was innocent and being framed in the case. She added that she loved and trusted him blindly. She however said she cannot comment on the girl's medical report as the case was sub judice.
