try

in
the

bunker
as

as
the
scenario
of
Germany
post
Hitler"s
death
in
1945."
The
movie
has
a
close
similarity
to
the
highly
praised
German
film
Downfall
made
in
2004,
which
starred
Bruno
Ganz.
The
personality
of
the
German
dictator
and
his
relationship
with
his
the
close
ones
as
well
as
his
lover
during
the
final
days
of
the
Nazi
regime,
will
be
the
main
focus
of
the
film.
According
to
the
makers
of
the
film,
title
Dear
Friend
Hitler,
refers
to
Mahatma
Gandhi"s
two
letters
to
him.
Renowned
veteran
actor
Anupam
Kher
is
going
to
essay
the
strong
and
cunning
role
of
Hitler.
Kher
has
earlier
played
the
role
of
Gandhi
in
a
TV
show.
Neha
Dhupia
is
the
lucky
girl
to
play
the
role
of
Eva
Braun,
who
got
married
to
Hitler
just
hours
before
they
committed
suicide
in
April
1945.
Anupam
Kher
has
confirmed
the
news
in
his
tweets.
The
actor
even
asked
for
suggestions
from
his
fans
regarding
the
books
he
should
study
for
better
portrayal
of
the
role.
Anil
Sharma,
the
producer
of
the
biopic
said,
“The
film
will
try
to
depict
the
insecurities,
fear
and
pressures
on
the
German
leader
while
taking
critical
decisions."
Sharma
is
yet
to
decide
on
whether
to
include
any
song
or
dance
in
the
film,
which
has
a
budget
between
$2-3
million.
The
shooting
will
take
place
in
forests
and
mountains
of
India
and
in
studios.
The
makers
plan
an
International
release
of
the
movie,
but
no
date
has
been
fixed
yet.
