Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan hit the headlines not long ago after he alleged harassment at an airport in the US. This time, it is the turn of actor Kamal Rashid Khan. He alleged that he was harassed at the Mumbai airport by two Marathi officers for two hours yesterday morning (February 22).
Kamal alleged that immigration officers misbehaved with him because he hails from Uttar Pradesh and has passport issued from there. He said that they abused, manhandled and held him by the collar and told him to go back to UP. They told him that they would jail him with a drug offence for making a film against Marathis. They went on to say that he would come to his senses and leave Mumbai only after being jailed for six months.
Kamal said that he would think of the next course of action after speaking to his lawyers and friends. The incident happened when the actor, who is known for his film Deshdrohi and his stint on TV reality show Bigg Boss, was returning from Dubai.
