Shahid
Kapoor
is
fast
gaining
popularity
among
children.
Earlier
this
year
he
had
some
of
his
best
moments
in
Chance
Pe
Dance
when
he
shared
screen
space
with
them.
Now
as
Paathshaala
gets
ready
to
release,
one
can
see
Shahid
being
surrounded
by
kids
all
over.
Since
he
is
playing
a
school
teacher
in
the
film,
he
is
attracting
attention
from
hundreds
of
students
which
means
that
he
wasn't
really
alone
in
front
of
the
camera
for
most
of
the
sequences.
"Oh
yes,
I
always
enjoy
working
with
children",
smiles
Shahid,
"I
believe
that
they
are
the
most
spontaneous
actors
of
all
and
help
you
unlearn
a
lot
of
things.
Now,
that's
good
because
sometimes
it
is
very
important
to
unlearn.
Spontaneity
is
a
good
virtue
because
that
helps
bring
on
screen
things
that
were
not
planned
or
written
on
paper."
Since
he
has
also
worked
with
children
in
Chance
Pe
Dance,
how
was
the
experience
any
different
in
Paathshaala?
"It
was
completely
different",
immediately
responds
Shahid,
"These
are
two
entirely
different
films
and
with
totally
different
subjects.
Yes,
there
are
children
in
both
the
films
but
there
is
nothing
similar
in
the
context.
You
can
make
that
out
from
the
promos
of
the
film.
Also,
the
focus
in
Chance
Pe
Dance
was
dance,
not
children
whereas
in
Paathshaala,
it
is
all
about
children."
Talking
about
Chance
Pe
Dance,
the
film
failed
at
the
box
office
though
Shahid
was
appreciated
by
one
and
all.
Some
silver
lining
here
for
Shahid
after
gaining
unanimous
response
once
again
after
Kaminey?
"I
was
really
very
happy
about
the
fact
that
people
appreciated
my
work",
smiles
Shahid,
"When
a
film
is
successful
then
everyone
appreciates
performances.
We
have
seen
that
before
for
other
actors
and
their
films
as
well.
However,
it
is
rare
when
you
get
appreciated
even
for
the
film
that
doesn't
work.
I
am
glad
that
I
had
put
my
best
foot
forward
there.
I
have
done
the
same
in
Paathshaala
as
well
and
I
am
quite
positive
that
people
will
have
good
things
to
say
about
the
film
once
it
releases."
