Not for a film
The actor assures us that he isn't growing his hair in preparation of a period film, or any film for that matter, "I am not growing my hair for any specific reason. I am not shooting for the next two months, so now I have time to grow my hair and decide whether I want to grow it long or chop it off."
Will he graduate?
The actor has been wearing a hairband, a la Abhishek Bachchan of late, and the question is: will he graduate to a ponytail like Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan did? Riteish laughs, "I would love to sport a ponytail if my hair grows that long but right now I have no idea as to what I want to do. I don't know how long my hair will grow but the last time I had hair till my waist was when I wore a wig for Apna Sapna Money Money when I played a girl but my hair won't be that long this time."
Dad's not in town
Producer Sajid Nadiadwala had a screening of Housefull for his cast and crew on Sunday, where everyone was present with their families and friends but he was spotted alone. He explains, "Parliament is in session and dad is in Delhi. Both my parents and family are looking forward to watching Housefull and I would love to keep a trial for them but I can only do that when dad is in town."
Riteish Deshmukh sports a short, simple hair cut in this Friday's release Housefull but at the promotional activities of the film across the city, he has been spotted with really long hair. And the lambe baal look is not even his avatar for his next - Dhamaal 2.
