Bollywood
actor
Shahrukh
Khan
must
be
regretting
like
never
before
for
not
standing
by
the
side
of
his
IPL
team
Kolkata
Knight
Riders
when
they
needed
him
the
most.
He
kept
away
from
their
crucial
match
against
the
Chennai
Super
Kings
yesterday.
And
the
result?
The
KKR
lost
the
must-win
match.
KKR
needed
to
win
all
the
last
three
matches
to
stay
in
contention
for
the
semi-finals.
So,
yesterday's
match
against
the
CSK
was
a
'do
or
die'
match
for
them.
Surprisingly,
Shahrukh,
the
owner
of
KKR,
decided
to
stay
away
from
his
boys,
as
he
thought
his
presence
would
put
extra
pressure
on
them.
But
he
is
regretting
his
decision
after
his
team
lost
the
crucial
match.
“I
completely
take
the
blame
for
not
putting
up
a
good
enough
show...so
much
love
for
kkr
&
i
couldnt
reciprocate," he
wrote
on
his
Twitter
page.
“Will
call
all
&
thank
them
for
trying,
even
if
it
wasnt
good
enuff.
all
r
a
good
bunch.
all
of
them.
sometimes
our
best
not
good
enuff,"
he
added.
His
team
is
out
of
this
year's
IPL
but
Shahrukh
is
happy
with
the
performance
of
his
boys.
He
is
looking
forward
to
a
better
show
next
year.
