Baadshah
risked
his
film
My
Name
is
Khan
by
refusing
to
apologise
to
the
Shiv
Sena,
who
came
down
heavily
on
him
for
supporting
the
inclusion
of
Pakistani
cricketers
in
the
IPL.
After
keeping
silent
for
a
while,
he
has
spoken
out
his
mind
again.
Shahrukh
Khan
said
that
he
would
have
apologised
to
the
Shiv
Sena
if
it
was
for
the
content
of
his
film,
as
he
had
done
so
before
because
his
aim
is
to
entertain
people
and
not
to
offend
them.
However,
he
chose
not
to
apologise
this
time
around,
as
the
issue
was
about
the
person
he
is
and
his
Indianness.
It
maybe
recalled
that
political
outfits,
particularly
the
Shiv
Sena,
threatened
to
ban
the
release
of
My
Name
is
Khan
if
Shahrukh
didn't
apologise
for
his
comment
on
the
inclusion
of
Pakistan
cricketers
in
the
IPL.
However,
they
finally
allowed
peaceful
release
of
the
film.
