He is one actor who has never been shy of flaunting his muscular frame and Salman Khan has done it again for his next release Veer. Salman who plays a Pindari warrior in the movie sweated it out at the gym two hours a day for months to achieve that perfect warrior look. Salman had to specially work on his thighs, back and shoulders for Veer since he had to lift lift swords weighing 10-12 kgs and his armour weighed 15 kgs.
Director Anil Sharma acknowledges the fact and has been in full praise for Salman's effort. The actor is said to have done 1000 push-ups or 2000 sit-ups and 500 crunches and chin-ups a day to get that look. He also involved himself in a lot of cardio exercises while toning his body.
