has
suffered
minor
injuries
on
his
head
and
legs
in
an
accident
on
the
set
of
the
film.
The
Bollywood
star
was
shooting
for
an
action
scene,
when
he
fell
from
a
rickshaw.
He
was
immediately
rushed
to
hospital
and
the
filming
was
called
off
after
the
accident.
Abhishek
Bachchan
left
for
Mumbai
in
a
plane
after
taking
treatment
in
a
private
hospital.
The
actor
tweeted,
"Had
a
fall
whilst
filming
a
small
action
sequence
in
Jaipur.
Have
come
back
to
Mumbai
now
and
will
resume
work
at
the
earliest...
I
will
be
fine.
Can't
say
the
same
for
the
rickshaw!!!
