Aishwarya Rai Bachchan issues press release to clarify speculations on Heroine

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, in a bid to put rest to all speculations of her involvement with Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine has issued a press release.

Stating that Aishwarya Rai is not upset with Kareena Kapoor for stepping into the film, Aishwarya's spokesperson said, “Aishwarya"s name is still being used to publicise the film and the facts are being distorted. In fact, she had given the necessary dates for the movie but the makers stopped the shooting without a clear picture whether the film was being 'stalled", 'delayed until resumed" or 'shut down". Please note that this is far from the truth and everyone is aware of what the fact is and that she was removed due to a implied prejudice after learning about her pregnancy."

Ash has already returned the signing amount to the producers of Heroine and has also issued a legal notice to the producers asking them not to use any material from the shoot in which she had participated.
