Aishwarya Rai Bachchan snubbed by Speedy Singhs star Russell Peters

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was recently snubbed by Speedy Singhs actor Russell Peters, who while speaking about Aishwarya"s acting skills remarked, “She hasn"t become a better actor. She is still good looking, isn"t that good enough?"

The 41 year old Indian, brought up and settled in Canada is seen playing a lovable jerk in Akshay Kumar"s Speedy Singhs. Peters is popular for his funny quotes and sense of humour. While speaking to a leading newspaper about Aishwarya Rai, he remarked that she still didn"t know to act. Commenting on her pregnancy, Russell Peters joked, “Oh good job Abhishek, you finally knocked her up!"

Peters, who was last seen in Jake Gyllenhaal starrer Source Code said that he would never act in Bollywood films as he is not comfortable doing anything he is not convinced about.

Speaking about Bollywood movies, Russell Peters commented, “I"ve never watched one. I tried watching Singh Is Kinng because Akshay is in it. But the minute the first song started, I changed the channel. I was like, 'O my God, I don"t want to hear that"."

Peters, who considers India to be his home plans to return to the country next year for his stand-up tour.
