Amitabh Bachchan fulfills desire to be an item boy

Finally megastar Amitabh Bachchan got the chance to become an 'item boy' at the age of 68. With his supercool avatar in his upcoming release Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap, Amitabh's long time hidden desire to be called as an 'item boy' gets fulfilled.

In the song titled 'Go Meera' in Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap Mr Bachchan in his colorful, flamboyant avatar is seen dancing to his own golden hits like, 'Khaiyeke Paan Banaras Wala', 'Pag ghunghroo baandh Meera naachi thi', 'Rang Barse', 'Sara Zamana' among others. “All these years, I have been desperately waiting to be called an item boy. Please call me that. I feel with this song my wish has come true...and I am satisfied," told Amitabh.

Amitabh unveiled the first look of the song 'Go Meera' last evening with son-actor Abhishek Bachchan, who is the producer of Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap last evening. Directed by Puri Jagannath, the film is a romantic comedy about an angry old man played by Amitabh, who gets into trouble because he loses his cool easily. The film produced by AB Corp, also stars Hema Malini, Minissha Lamba, Raveena Tandon, Sonal Chauhan and Sonu Sood. The film releases on July 1.
