crores
by
the
filmmakers.

to
a
daily
that
he
paid
Rs
4
lakhs
to
Kher
after
he
signed
the
contract.
However
Anupam
backed
out
at
the
last
moment
after
the
production
work
had
started.
The
actor
didn't
even
bother
to
inform
the
filmmakers
and
announced
the
news
at
a
press
conference
saying
that
his
fans
have
appealed
him
to
opt
out
of
the
film.
Meanwhile
Kher
feels
that
the
filmmakers
are
using
his
name
just
for
publicity
and
are
creating
this
controversy
before
the
release
of
Gandhi
To
Hitler.
