a
programme
started
by
her
father
Prakash
Padukone.
Besides
training
the
athletes
for
the
forthcoming
Olympics,
the
programme
looks
into
the
financial
and
medical
aspect
of
the
athletes.
“There's
a
big
press
conference
happening
in
Delhi
on
July
26,
because
that's
exactly
a
year
away
from
the
London
Olympics.
Our
organization
is
trying
its
best
to
provide
the
athletes
with
everything
doctors,
coaches,
travel,
equipment
-
whatever
it
takes
for
them
to
get
out
there
next
year
and
win
our
country
laurels," Times
of
India
quoted
the
actress
as
saying.
The
actress
said
that
there
is
no
dearth
of
talent
in
India.
“There
is
a
lot
of
talent
in
our
country.
But
unfortunately
we
don't
have
the
resources
to
help
our
athletes.
Through
our
organization,
we
want
to
channel
everything
in
the
right
way
and
make
sure
our
athletes
are
concentrating
only
on
their
game,"
she
added.
