Don't show me dead, said Dev Anand

Late veteran actor Dev Anand had told his close friends and family that he didn't want his face to be shown to the public after his death.

Dev Anand's close friend and family revealed to Hindustan Times that Dev Sahab did not want his body to be shown to public once dead. Speaking of one of Dev Anand's last wish, a close friend of Dev Anand said, “He did not want to be exposed to the camera any more once he was gone."

Dev Anand, who died of a heart attack on Saturday night in a London hotel room was on a holiday as he wanted to relax after the release of his film Chargesheet. Talking about the last few minutes of Dev Anand's life, the friend revealed that the end was very very peaceful and there was no struggle.
