Hrithik Roshan to co-direct 'Krrish' sequel

The sequel of Bollywood film Krrish, which features actor Hrithik Roshan in the lead role, has often been making it to the headlines ever since Rakesh Roshan announced it. The latest buzz about the movie Krrish 2 is that apart from acting, Hrithik will also work as the associate director of the film and his dad Rakesh has confirmed the news.

Hrithik Roshan started off his career in Bollywood by assisting his father Rakesh Roshan in the films like Koyla and Karan Arjun. After a gap of 14 years, the Bollywood star will assist his father Rakesh Roshan on the next Filmkraft venture Krrish 2. Rakesh Roshan told PTI, "Hrithik always helps me out, whenever we work together."

According to Rakesh, Hrithik will not be a part of the first schedule of this ambitious project. So he has decided not to sit at home. He will help his father in direction. On the sets of this film that started rolling from December 1 at Filmistan Studios, Hrithik has been calling the shots and taking creative decisions alongside papa Roshan.

Once the first schedule of the Krrish sequel with Vivek Oberoi, Kangna Ranaut and Priyanka Chopra gets over, Hrithik will join the cast in front of the camera as well. The actor, who has been suffering from back problems, is recovering fast. Roshans have flown down a physiotherapist and a lady nutritionist from abroad for the same, sources close to the actor said. He is enjoying the experience, though it does get tiring for him at time, they said.
