By Ramchander

Maverick director Mahesh Bhatt is all set to bring 'The Last Salute' play on silver screen. The positive response for the drama, which was premiered last week in New Delhi, has made him to make the film.

'The Last Salute' is a book written by Iraqi journalist Muntadhar Al Zaidi, who threw a shoe at former US President, George Bush. The movie, which will be made with the same title, is co-produced by Pooja Bhatt and Dino Morea. They are yet to finalize the director and it is said that they are planning to rope in a Middle Eastern director.

The Last Salute will be completely shot in Lebanon with Hollywood crew. The movie will be made in English and Arabic languages with the subtitles to attract the large audience. Other details about the film are under wraps.
