Bollywood
may
be
a
star-studded
place
but
the
celebrities
aren't
far
from
trouble
-
the
latest
being
Priyanka
Chopra.
The
pretty
damsel
is
in
the
limelight
again
but
this
time,
it's
not
for
her
film.
It
is
heard
that
Rakesh
Kapoor,
a
tenant
in
Priyanka's
flat
at
Oberoi
Sky
Gardens
house
in
Andheri,
has
not
just
refused
to
vacate
it
but
has
also
resorted
to
forging
certain
documents
pertinent
to
the
renting
and
sale
of
the
house.
As
for
details,
it
is
learnt
that
Kapoor,
who
has
been
staying
there
for
the
last
couple
of
years,
had
terminated
the
agreement
on
December
31.
It
was
only
after
receiving
a
notice
from
the
actor
to
vacate
did
Kapoor
furnish
documents
that
stated
that
Priyanka
is
bound
to
extend
the
agreement
with
him
at
any
cost.
The
documents
also
stated
that
in
case
she
intends
to
sell
her
flat
in
future,
the
first
preference
should
be
given
to
Kapoor
and
the
offer
could
be
extended
to
someone
else
only
if
he
refuses
to
buy.
Following
the
incident,
the
actress's
father
Dr.
Ashok
Chopra,
who
holds
the
power
of
attorney
on
behalf
of
Priyanka,
registered
a
complaint
with
the
police.
The
case
has
been
filed
under
sections
465
(punishment
for
forgery),
467
(forgery
of
valuable
security,
will
etc),
468
(forgery
for
purpose
of
cheating),
474
(intending
to
use
forged
documents
as
genuine)
and
420
(cheating
and
dishonestly
inducing
delivery
of
property)
of
IPC.
