Ranbir still remembered as the towel dropping boy from his debut film Saawariya.

Actor Ranbir Kapoor, who has proved his acting excellence in films like Raajneeti, Wake Up Sid, Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani, etc, interestingly is still remebered by his towel dropping act in his first film Saawariya among children's.

Ranbir Kapoor visited to a special school while researching his character for Anurag Basu's Barfee. The actor plays a deaf-mute in the film. During his visit he attended a class held for the children and did a few exercises with them.

The kids in the school recognised him immediately and ran to hug him at once. After the classes, the director and the actor went ahead to spend some time with the children over lunch. Later, after the meals, the students were asked through sign language who Anurag was.

They replied correctly saying that he is a director. Interestingly, when they were asked about Ranbir Kapoor, they simply picked up towels and napkins, dropping them from like their bodies, exactly the way Ranbir did in his film Saawariya.

Ranbir was quiet overwhelmed with the love that he recieved from the children and found the towel act quiet cute. He laughed and clapped after realizing that he is still remembered through his towel act.
