Ranbir's Rockstar gets 'UA' certificate from Censor Board

Bollywood movie Rockstar, which features Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri in the leads, has cleared the formalities of the Censor Board. The film has received a 'UA' certificate from the Board, which issued the certificate after the producers agreed to blur a scene showing a flag in the film that reads 'Free Tibet'.

Talking to the reporters, the spokesperson of the film Rockstar announced the news. "There is a portion in the film where Tibet has been written. It has been blurred now. There are no cuts in the film and it has got UA certificate from the Censor Board," the PTI quotes the spokesperson as saying.

However, Rockstar is a musical film, which is directed by Imtiaz Ali. The movie deals with the musical journey of a small town boy to a singing sensation. Along with the director, Ranbir Kapoor and debutante Nargis Fakhri have done an extensive promotion of the film, which will release in the theatres on November 11.
